About Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training
Crease to Crease Lacrosse (LLC) Training provides elite instruction for players of all ages and skill. Founded by a former collegiate athlete who understands the lasting impact of great coaching and mentorship, Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training is dedicated to helping athletes develop not only their skills on the field but also their confidence, leadership, and character off the field. Every training session is designed to deliver personalized coaching in a competitive, positive environment that promotes growth and long-term development.
Our coaching staff is made up of accomplished collegiate athletes, including former and current All-Americans who have competed and excelled at the highest levels of the game. Drawing from their playing experience and passion for teaching, our coaches provide elite instruction, personalized mentorship, and a player-first approach to development. We are committed to helping athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, elevate their game IQ, and develop the leadership qualities necessary for success both on and off the field.
COACHES:
Mason Bellinger – Founder & Head Goalie Coach
Mason Bellinger is the founder of Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training and a former standout goalie at Christopher Newport University. A two-time USILA All-American, two-time USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American, 2026 CLC Defensive Player of the Year, and recipient of the Ensign C. Markland Kelly Jr. Outstanding Goalie Award, Mason competed among the nation’s top collegiate goalies. As a two-time team captain and holder of Christopher Newport University’s single-season saves and save percentage records, he developed a reputation for leadership, discipline, and competitive excellence. With over 13 years of playing experience and 5 years of coaching experience, Mason is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, master fundamentals, improve lacrosse IQ, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Kevin Miller – Head Offensive Coach
Kevin Miller is the Head Offensive Coach for Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training and one of the nation’s premier offensive players. A two-time USILA All-American, two-time USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American, 2026 Tewaaraton Award Watch List selection, Virginia State Player of the Year, Richmond High School Player of the Year, and CLC Rookie of the Year, Kevin has established himself as one of the most accomplished offensive athletes in CNU lacrosse history. Entering his senior season with 278 career points, including back-to-back 80+ assist seasons and back-to-back 110+ point seasons, Kevin combines elite playing experience with a passion for athlete development. Specializing in dodging, shooting, passing, finishing, offensive game IQ, and decision-making, he is committed to helping athletes elevate their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Through high-level instruction and personalized mentorship, Kevin strives to help every player reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Warner Cabaniss – Head Faceoff Coach
Warner Cabaniss is the Head Faceoff Coach for Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training and one of the most accomplished faceoff specialists in NCAA Division III lacrosse history. A four-time USILA All-American, four-time USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American, four-time First Team All-Conference selection, and former team captain at Christopher Newport University, Warner established himself as one of the nation’s premier faceoff athletes. Ranked among the top 10 all-time in NCAA career faceoff wins, he also finished his career as Christopher Newport University’s all-time leader in faceoff wins, faceoff percentage, and ground balls. With over 14 years of playing experience and 5 years of coaching experience, Warner specializes in faceoff technique, exits, hand speed, reaction time, ground ball play, and leadership development. Through elite instruction and personalized coaching, he is committed to helping athletes gain possession, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary to make a lasting impact on the game.
Garrett Bralley – Head Defensive Coach
Garrett Bralley is the Head Defensive Coach for Crease to Crease Lacrosse Training and a standout defenseman at Christopher Newport University. Known for his physical on-ball defense, disciplined footwork, and high lacrosse IQ, Garrett has developed into a key contributor for one of the nation’s premier collegiate lacrosse programs. A HS USA Lacrosse All-American, two-time Virginia State Champion, two-time All-State selection, three-time All-Region selection, and three-time All-Metro selection, Garrett brings a wealth of playing experience and defensive expertise to every training session. Specializing in defensive positioning, on-ball defense, disruptive checks, ground balls, clearing, transition play, and defensive communication, he is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, master defensive fundamentals, and develop the lacrosse IQ necessary to excel. Through personalized instruction and mentorship, Garrett is committed to helping players become complete and impactful defenders both on and off the field.
Our Training Programs
Private Training Sessions
One-on-one instruction tailored to each athlete’s goals, position, and development needs. Sessions focus on individualized skill development, position-specific training, game IQ, and confidence building while providing personalized coaching designed to help athletes reach their full potential.
Small Group Trainings
Train alongside teammates and peers in a fast-paced, competitive environment designed to maximize repetitions and development. Small group sessions provide athletes with high-rep opportunities to refine skills, improve decision-making, and build confidence while receiving personalized instruction from our coaching staff.
Camps and Clinics
Our camps and clinics are designed to help athletes develop their skills while building a lifelong passion for the game of lacrosse. Through high-level instruction, competitive activities, and a fun, engaging environment, players improve their fundamentals, game IQ, confidence, and leadership skills while learning to appreciate and enjoy every aspect of the game. Guided by elite coaches and collegiate athletes, participants leave not only as better players, but with a deeper love for the sport.
